1. A planning service

Crazy Cart helps organize meals, recipes, grocery lists, budgets and store searches. Lu Kai Tech LLC does not sell or fulfill groceries, control retailers or verify every recipe, price or listing. You decide what to buy, where to travel and what is appropriate to prepare or eat.

Grocery prices, totals, comparisons and savings are estimates or user-entered information and may be wrong, incomplete or outdated. They are not offers to sell groceries, guaranteed savings or verified checkout totals. Store listings may omit businesses or include incorrect names, addresses, distances and availability. Confirm details directly with the retailer before buying or traveling.

Recipes and nutrition filters are general information, not medical treatment or a guarantee of allergy safety. Review ingredients, labels, cross-contact risks, cooking instructions and food storage. The full Grocery Estimates & Safety Notice forms part of these terms.

2. Subscriptions, renewals, cancellation and refunds

Free accounts include manual meal planning, personal shopping lists, pantry tools and cookbook access. Crazy Cart Plus includes automatic budget meal suggestions and hosting a shared household list for up to eight people; invited members can participate free while the owner has active Plus access. Previously saved plans and shared lists remain readable when Plus ends. Crazy Cart Plus currently has a US-dollar base price of $5.99 per month or $50 per year, depending on the plan you select. Applicable taxes and any local-currency amount are shown before payment. The checkout summary identifies the actual amount and billing interval you authorize. Grocery-estimate disclaimers do not apply to these subscription charges.

A paid subscription renews automatically at the disclosed billing interval until canceled. Selecting a plan in the app opens checkout; review the charge, recurring-payment terms and merchant details there before authorizing payment. We will give any legally required notice of renewal or price changes and obtain consent where required.

Web purchases are sold through Link using Stripe Managed Payments. Link’s payment terms and the terms displayed in checkout also apply to the transaction. Lu Kai Tech LLC provides the Crazy Cart product and product support.

Cancel online: open Link, use the email you entered at checkout, select the Crazy Cart subscription and follow its cancellation controls. The app also provides “Manage subscription” under Plans & pricing. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge. Your confirmation shows when cancellation takes effect and access ends. Signing out, uninstalling the app or deleting browser data does not cancel a subscription. Using the in-app Delete account flow cancels a Crazy Cart Stripe subscription immediately before deleting the account, with your explicit confirmation. This ends remaining access and does not automatically issue a refund.

For payment issues or a refund request, use Link transaction support or contact operations@lukaitech.com. Eligibility is determined by the terms shown for your purchase and applicable law. Cancellation alone does not promise a refund for a previous charge. These terms do not remove statutory refund, withdrawal or cancellation rights.

There are currently no ads. Retailer coupons, live retailer price/inventory feeds and the separate cookbook add-on are not currently available. Do not buy based on a promised future feature. If a paid service is discontinued, applicable refund and consumer rights still apply.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to create an account or purchase a subscription. Use accurate account information, protect your sign-in details and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not impersonate others, bypass account restrictions, abuse the service, upload unlawful content or interfere with its security or operation.

Invite only people you intend to share a household list with. Review changes made by other members. Keep a copy of important information; availability, syncing and error-free operation are not guaranteed. We may restrict access as reasonably needed for security, misuse, legal requirements or nonpayment, with notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate and lawful.

4. Your content and third-party materials

You retain rights in your original recipes, notes and other content. You give Lu Kai Tech LLC the limited permission needed to host, process, display, back up and share that content as required to provide the features you request. Only submit content you have the right to use. Do not include other people’s personal information without appropriate permission.

Our branding and software belong to Lu Kai Tech LLC or their respective licensors. Openly licensed recipes retain their source credits and license terms; nothing here removes permissions granted by those licenses. Retailer names and other third-party marks belong to their owners. Listings and links do not imply an affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

Third-party maps, retailers, payment services and linked websites operate under their own terms. We do not control their content, availability or decisions. Contact us to report a suspected rights violation or incorrect information.

5. Warranties, liability and preserved rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and its informational content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement. We do not warrant that grocery estimates, store coverage, nutrition information or third-party content are accurate, complete, current or suitable for your particular needs.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lu Kai Tech LLC and its officers, employees and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service, such as lost profits or business opportunities. This limitation does not override an express commitment we make to you or responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded, violations of law, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. Your nonwaivable consumer, privacy, refund and other statutory rights remain intact. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations; those provisions apply only where lawful.

6. Changes, questions and disputes

We may update features and these terms. Material changes will be communicated as required by law, and we will seek acceptance when required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights or authorize new charges without required notice and consent.

Contact operations@lukaitech.com to report an issue or request help resolving a dispute. You retain access to courts, small-claims procedures and regulators as provided by applicable law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
