Delete your Crazy Cart account

You can permanently delete your account in Crazy Cart on the web or in the mobile app.

Sign in and open your account menu.
Select Delete account. Download your data first if you want to keep a copy.
Enter your current password, type DELETE and confirm subscription cancellation and deletion.

Deletion removes your account, personal meals, shopping list, pantry, recipes, sessions and any household you own, including its list for everyone. If you are a member of another household, your membership is removed; shared contributions remain with that household.

Any Crazy Cart Stripe subscription is canceled immediately before deletion. Remaining paid access ends; this does not automatically issue a refund. If cancellation cannot be verified, your account is kept and the app displays an error.

This device’s account backup is cleared. Clear Crazy Cart’s site/app data on other devices to remove their local backups. Downloaded or printed copies remain under your control. Stripe payment records, security logs and provider backups may be retained as described in our Privacy Notice.

Cannot sign in?

Use the sign-in recovery options. You can also request account deletion from operations@lukaitech.com using your account email. Identify Crazy Cart and your username; never send your password or card details. We may verify ownership before deleting data.

Uninstalling the app alone does not delete the account or cancel a subscription.
